Project estimates
All hourly estimates are approximate and based on our prior experience with similarly sized projects. The actual hours spent on your project may vary depending on unforeseen changes, your availability and level of collaboration, as well as any changes to the original project scope. Your final invoice will be adjusted accordingly based on the actual time spent.
Organizing products
If you have selected the add-on service “Storage design & Product recommendations,” the fee for this service will appear on your initial invoice, but the actual product costs will not be included yet. The “Storage design & Product recommendations” will occur after we have completed decluttering, and product fees will be determined at that time. Every project is different, but as a general guideline, product costs typically range between 15-30% of the total service cost.
During the this phase, we will review the product recommendations with you and ensure you are comfortable with the selections before any purchases are made. We will provide you with a shopping list so you are able to purchase directly from the retailers. If there are unused products after our installation, we can manage returns for you.
Payment terms
For project estimates under $500, full payment is required to confirm your booking. Please make payment within 48 hours of scheduling your first session.
For project estimates over $500, 50% of the total project cost is required to confirm your booking. Please make payment within 48 hours of scheduling your first session. The remaining 50% is due at the end of the project. The final invoice will reflect any adjustments made from the initial estimate based on actual time spent.
Final payment is due within 5 business days of the final invoice email. Final invoices not paid within 5 business days will incur a $100 late fee per week.

Refund policy
If you need to cancel your project before work has begun, please make your request 7 days or more prior to the session date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your session are non-refundable. Any payments can be used for future projects with Parse Home.
Pause clause
If you need to pause services after work has begun, your project will be placed on hold. Once you're ready to resume, you will be added to the next available spot in our schedule. Any unused, paid hours will remain available once the project resumes.
Consent
Photography & Videography:
As part of our services, we may take photographs or videos of your space to document our work and showcase transformations. We take your privacy seriously and will ensure that all images and videos are anonymized. This means we will never include any personally identifiable information, such as family photos, names, addresses, or any other details that could reveal your identity.
By engaging our services, you consent to the use of anonymized photographs and videos for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, and marketing materials. If you do not wish for any photographs or videos to be taken, or if you have specific concerns about privacy, please notify us in writing prior to the start of services.
Agreement:
By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Parse Home.
