Buyers think "If the current owners can barely fit their stuff, how will we?” We help realtors get listings ready for photos and showings, using the homeowner's existing furniture and accessories, no need for rented staging furniture. With a background in design, we bring a designer's eye to curating each space to look larger, more polished, and move-in ready.
How it works
We start with a full home walkthrough and provide a written staging plan that contains photos and recommendations for each space. From there, you can choose to move forward with hands-on styling and closet staging, based on what the space needs.

Full home styling & accessorizing (hands on), $180
Pantry & closet staging, $45 per closet, a visual refresh to help spaces show well for buyers, distinct from our full organizing service.
